NCSP Receives Approval for up to 25% of Ordinary Shares to Trade Outside of Russia

PJSC Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group ("NCSP" or the "Company") (LSE: NCSP, Moscow Exchange: NMTP) announces that the Russian Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) has approved the organisation of trading outside of Russia of up to 905,211,324 of the Company's ordinary shares (state registration number 1-01-30251-E from 04.06.2003).
This approval increases the total number of NCSP's ordinary shares that can be traded outside of Russia from 20.3% to 25% of the Company's share capital.
