Ultima granted approved installer status under the solar photovoltaic ("PV") systems Microgeneration Certification Scheme
The board of directors of Ultima is delighted to announce that the Company has been successfully assessed against the requirements of the UK Microgeneration Certification Scheme installation standard MCS001 and has received certificate of approval number NAP/15512/11/1 ("Certificate of Approval"). The Company is now approved to undertake the supply, design, installation and commissioning of solar PV systems that qualify for the UK Feed in Tariff. The granting of the Certificate of Approval is an essential step in the Company's plans to progress its UK solar business.
Professor Humayun Mughal, Chairman and CEO of Ultima, said:
