We wish to inform the market that Bank Muscat SAOG (the bank) has been notified by Oman International Development and Investment Company SAOG (Ominvest), an existing shareholder in the bank that Ominvest has received the Central Bank of Oman's approval to increase their shareholding up to 15% in the bank.
