Approval of Prospectus

OT3VCT has today published a prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority in relation to the issue of 665,917 new Ordinary Shares of 10p each.

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for all of the Shares being issued pursuant to the placing to be admitted to the Official List. Application has also been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares to be admitted to trading on its market for listed securities and trading is expected to commence on 25 March 2010.

Availability for inspection

The prospectus has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
