Notice of decision of the Board of Directors
On December 22, 2011, the Board of Directors of JSC TransContainer (TRCN) (the "Company") approved the Regulation on dividend policy of JSC «TransContainer» for 2011-2013.
According to the Regulation the historical dividend payout ratio of 10% of the Company net profit under Russian accounting standards was set up for 2011-2013.
