Driver Group plc02 May 2006 DRIVER GROUP PLC ("Driver Group" or "the Group") Appointment of Three New Directors Driver Group, a leading provider of specialist commercial and dispute resolutionservices to the construction industry, is delighted to announce that it hasstrengthened the senior management team of its principal subsidiary, DriverConsult Limited, with the appointment of three new Directors. Andrew Glover hasjoined the Group as Northern Regional Director, Alexander Dickson is joining asDirector of the Group's Scottish office and Tim McGoldrick joins as HeavyEngineering Director. The full benefits of these appointments will be felt in the Group's nextfinancial year, ending 30 September 2007. Andrew Glover, aged 54, is a chartered civil engineer with over thirty years'experience of the construction sector. He has specialised in the commercial andcontractual aspects of the industry and has extensive experience in preparingand defending claims, acting for the Referring or Responding Party inAdjudication and has been appointed as Expert Witness on a range of constructionprojects including giving evidence in Arbitration and Litigation. Andrew islisted on the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators' Panel of Adjudicators, is anAccredited Mediator and has prepared expert reports on projects valued in excessof £100 million. Andrew joins Driver Group from Trett Consulting, the commercial and contractconsultancy, where he was a Director and where he worked for nine years. Priorto that, having held senior positions in constructing companies, he was aPrincipal of Glover Associates for four years providing commercial and contractadvice to the construction industry. Tim McGoldrick, aged 48, is a chartered quantity surveyor, with over 23 years'experience in the construction industry. He has substantial experience inproviding pre and post contract advice, claims preparation and defence, anddispute management services including the management of arbitration. Tim hasextensive international experience in the Far East and Australia as well as inEurope and North America. He also acts as an expert witness and lectures on allmatters in relation to construction law and in-house forms of contract. Tim joins Driver Group from EC Harris, the professional services consultancy,where he spent three years as a Partner and Head of Contract Advisory Service.Previously, Tim worked for Faithful & Gould, one of the world's largest projectand cost management consultancies, as Head of Contracts and Dispute ManagementServices. From 1989 to 2000, Tim worked at James R Knowles Ltd, latterly asExecutive Director. Alexander Dickson, aged 46 years, is a quantity surveyor with a Masters degreein business adminstration and a law degree. He has over 22 years' experience inthe construction industry, ranging from commercial and contract management tothe preparation and defence of claims. He has also acted as expert witness onnumerous construction disputes. Alexander is a Member of Chartered Institute ofBuilding and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Alexander joins from Trett Consulting, where he spent the last seven years,latterly running the consultancy's Scottish office. Between 1994 and 1998, hewas Commercial Manager at Jarvis Construction (UK) plc (formerly Shanks & McEwanCivil Engineering). His earlier career was at Amey Construction, MJ Gleeson andTarmac Regional Construction.
