("Zoltav" or the "Company")
Appointments of non-executive directors
Zoltav is pleased to announce the appointments, effective immediately, of Michael Lombardi and John Grimshaw, both as non executive directors of the Company.
Mr Lombardi is a highly experienced commercial lawyer. He is qualified as a Jersey solicitor and is a senior partner of Ogier, one of the world's largest offshore law firms, headquartered in Jersey; and which acts as Company Secretary to Zoltav. As a partner for over fifteen years, providing integrated legal and administration services on an international basis, Mr Lombardi brings to Zoltav a wealth of experience in advising on risk management and governance structures. Mr Lombardi is a director of Ogier Fund Administration (Jersey) Limited, which has over $20 billion in assets under administration and a subsidiary of Ogier Fiduciary Services Limited, which has total assets under administration exceeding $250 billion. He is a founder director of the Channel Islands Stock Exchange and the author of a guide to corporate governance in Jersey.
Mr Grimshaw has considerable experience advising on trust, tax and investment planning. He was previously authorised as an investment advisor by the Hong Kong Securities Commission prior to returning to Jersey in 1995, where he was born, to become Managing Director of Bentley Trust (Jersey) Limited. Between 2003-2012 he served as a director of Nautilus, an independent trust company, which he continues to advise as a consultant. John is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Institute of Directors.
Speaking of the board appointments, Symon Drake-Brockman, Executive Chairman, said:
