Appointments of New Committee Members

The Board announces today the appointments of a number of Non-Executive Directors as new members to the various Committees of the Company following the retirement of Mr Andrew Khoo and Mr Leonard Sebastian at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today.

The following appointments will take effect immediately:

a. Ms Sally Kealey and Mr Wong Nyen Faat have been appointed as new members to the Audit Committee; and

b. Ms Kwa Kim Li has been appointed as a new member to the Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Ms Sally Kealey is stepping down as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
