Appointment/resignation of Company Secretary

Nyota advises that Michael Langoulant, a Chartered Accountant, has been appointed as company secretary following the resignation of the previous co-company secretaries, Mark Burchnall and Richard Jarvis. In addition to this appointment Mr Langoulant continues as Finance director for the Company.

The Company thanks Messrs Burchnall and Jarvis for their contributions during their time as co-company secretaries.
