Modern Water PLC14 January 2008 Press Release 14 January 2008 Modern Water appoints Technical Director Modern Water plc ("Modern Water" or "the Group") today announces the appointmentof Peter Nicoll as Technical Director, responsible for the delivery oftechnology in the Group's projects. Peter joins from Fichtner Consulting Engineers Ltd where he was Director ofBusiness Development, responsible for heading up the business development andsales functions. He has a wealth of experience leading and motivatingmulti-disciplined technical and commercial teams; the design and operation oflarge desalination plants; and business development and sales of capitalequipment and professional services throughout the world. Peter will be responsible for the delivery of imminent projects, as Modern Waterfocuses on the implementation and roll out of its portfolio of water relatedtechnologies.
