Roger, 48, is Chief Executive of Henderson Group plc. Roger has 23 years' experience in the fund management industry as an investmentprofessional and business manager. Previously, he was Chief Investment Officerof Invesco Global and held senior roles for fund management companies LGT andMorgan Grenfell. Roger was a director of AMP Limited between December 2002 and December 2003;there are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule9.6.13R in connection with his appointment. He has no current interests in IGshares. IG also announces that the Board has invited Robert Lucas to remain anon-executive Director of the Group and he has accepted.
