Appointment to the Board
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, International Public Partnerships Limited (the "Company", "INPP") announces that Claire Whittet has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company as a non-executive director with effect from today.
Mrs Whittet has advised the Company that no details require to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
Keith Dorrian, Chairman, said "I and my fellow Directors are delighted to welcome Claire as a member of the INPP Board. Claire's significant experience in the finance sector, particularly within credit markets, together with her knowledge of corporate governance and regulation will be a valuable addition to the Board. The Board is looking forward to working with Claire to continuing in the ongoing development of the Company."
Biography for Claire Whittet
Claire Whittet has 35 years' experience in the banking industry and since 2003 is the Director of Lending at Rothschild Bank International Ltd and was recently appointed to the board of Rothschild Bank (CI) Ltd. Claire began her career at the Bank of Scotland where she was for 19 years in a variety of personal and corporate finance roles. Subsequently, Claire joined Bank of Bermuda and was Global Head of Private Client Credit before taking up her current position at Rothschild.
Claire is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland, a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Chartered Banker and holds the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction. She is a resident of Guernsey.
