Appointment to OM Asset Management Board of directors

Old Mutual plc (Old Mutual) today announces that Ingrid Johnson, Group Finance Director, has been appointed to the board of OM Asset Management plc, a majority-owned subsidiary of Old Mutual which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, with immediate effect.
