Cheng, aHong Kong-based business leader, to its board as a non-executive director witheffect from 1 August 2005. Paul has extensive public company experience, and wasformer Chairman of Inchcape Pacific Ltd and a former member of the Hong KongLegislative Council. Paul was recently appointed Chairman of The Link Management Limited, whichmanages most of the estate shopping malls and car parking facilities owned bythe Hong Kong Government. Paul is currently also a senior advisor of DeutscheBank in Asia Pacific.
