Synchronica PLC27 April 2007 Synchronica PLC (the "Company" or "Synchronica") Appointment of Non-Executive Director and Senior Sales Advisor The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of David Mason to the Boardof the Company as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Mr Mason willassist the company with strategic planning, business development and corporategovernance and will sit on the Remuneration and Audit Committees. As previouslyindicated, John Gunn will be stepping down as a non-executive director at theAGM to pursue other interests. David Andrew Mason, 57, has many years worth of experience in thetelecommunications and software development industry having deliveredconsultancy services in over 40 countries. Mr Mason was the founder and ChiefExecutive of the Mason Group from 1993 till 2004. He made the Mason Group intothe UK's leading independent telecoms/IT consultancy (Industry Research Groupsurvey) with over 200 staff, offices in Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublinand an annual fee income of over £21m with extensive list of the blue chip UKand international clients, including 34 of the FTSE 100 and public sectorbodies. David is currently a director of MMZ Limited, a corporate finance advisory firm,and Bridestone Management Services Ltd, a management services provider. He isalso a non-executive Director of NET2S Group the EuroNext listed internationalIT consultancy. The Board also announces the appointment of Chris Wyles as senior advisor to theCompany's sales team. Mr Wyles brings with him an extensive knowledge of fixedand mobile Telecomms industry in EMEA. He has a proven track record in buildingan EMEA telecomms business from absolute zero to $50M revenue in his three yearsat Clarent Corporation. Chris also has a demonstrable track record of buildingcustomer rapport across international cultures.
