Appointment of Workman Employee Director

LISTING AGREEMENT: CLAUSE 30APPOINTMENT OF WORKMAN EMPLOYEE DIRECTORNOTIFICATION DATED 21.11.2011

In terms of Clause 30(a) of the Listing Agreement, we advise that in pursuance of clause (ca) of Section 19 read with sub-section (3A) of Section 20 of the State Bank of India Act, 1955 (23 of 1955) and in exercise of the powers vested under Rule 3 of the State Bank of India (Appointment of Employee Directors) Rules, 1974, the Central Government has appointed Shri Jyoti Bhushan Mohapatra (DoB: 23.09.1957), Special Assistant, State Bank of India, as Workmen Employee Director on the Central Board of Directors of State Bank of India for a period of three years from the date of the notification or till he ceases to be a Workman of State Bank of India or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
