The Directors of Sirius Minerals Plc (AIM: SXX, OTCQX: SRUXY) ("Sirius" or the "Company") are pleased to announce the appointment of WH Ireland as joint broker.
WH Ireland will join Liberum and Macquarie as a joint broker to the Company and will have the specific task of engaging with the Private Client Broker ("PCB") community throughout the UK. It will also provide equity research and market making in Sirius' shares.

Chris Fraser, Managing Director and CEO of Sirius, commented:
"We have been impressed with the reach that WH Ireland has, particularly in regional roadshows that they have helped us with, and the contribution they made in the recent equity placement.
"We look forward to adding a significant new market maker in the stock and equity research that will be available to a wider audience."
