14.06.2017 - Report 42/2017: Appointment of the Vice President of the Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna

Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs that on 14th of June, 2017 Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Michał Krupiński to the Management Board of the Bank on the position of the Vice President of the Management Board, effective as of 15th of June, 2017.

Information on the professional career of the newly appointed Vice President of the Management Board and other information set forth in Par. 28 of the Ordinance shall be published in another current report.
