February 15, 2021. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC «ROSSETI» (LSE:RSTI)

("Company"), Russia's largest electricity transmission and distribution company, announces that Andrey Ryumin was appointed as the Director General of Public Joint Stock Company «ROSSETI».

 

The decision to appoint Mr. Ryumin was adopted by the Board of Directors of PJSC «ROSSETI» on February 12, 2021. Simultaneously the Board of Directors of PJSC «ROSSETI» agreed that Mr. Ryumin also holds the posts:

- Member of the Board of Directors of «Rosseti Lenenergo», PJSC

- Member of the Supervisory Board of Association «Digital energy»

 

Andrey Ryumin has extensive managerial experience of working in the electricity industry. He was the First Deputy Director General and Director General of Joint Stock Company «United Energy Company» from 2011 to 2014, Director General of «Rosseti Lenenergo», PJSC from January, 2018 to January 14, 2021 and was appointed as the Acting Director General of Public Joint Stock Company «ROSSETI», effective from January 15, 2021.
