Appointment of temporary Alternate Director
Chariot Oil & Gas Limited announces that at its Board Meeting held on the 17th June 2009, Mr Paul Anthony Nelson, 34, was appointed as Alternate Director for the duration of that meeting as permitted under the Company's articles in the absence of Mr Adonis Pouroulis.
