Appointment of Technical and Exploration Consultant
The Company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Rock Forage Consulting Services ("RFCS"), part of the Rock Forage Mining Limited group, as its Technical and Exploration Consultant, effective from 1 July 2015, to guide the Company's technical team on the exploration and bulk sampling of diamond and gold bearing deposits on its licences held in Sierra Leone. RFCS's scope will include regular site visits to Sierra Leone as well as implementing appropriate procedures to monitor and record the bulk sampling and exploration to ensure compliance to the relevant resource code. RFCS is an appropriate adviser for the purposes of reviewing and signing off resource and or drilling updates in relation to gold and diamonds under the AIM Note for Mining and Oil & Gas Companies of June 2009.
The board of Golden Saint would like to thank Wardell Armstrong International Ltd for the advice provided under its contract, which will cease on 26 July 2015.
Golden Saint looks forward to progressing exploration activities on its licence areas with RFCS in its capacity as Technical and Exploration Consultant.

The following RFCS personnel will be available to assist the Company;
1) Pierre Fourie - Project Leader and Senior Mining Engineer
Pierre Fourie is currently CEO of Rock Forage Mining Ltd and is a mining engineer with over 20 years' experience in the field of resource/reserve estimation, mineral economics, mine construction and operations. Pierre is a member of a number of professional societies including the South African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Engineering Counsel of South Africa and qualifies as a competent person for various commodities including gold and diamonds. Pierre has a B. Com degree and a B. Eng mining degree with practical mining experience in both underground and open pit mining. Pierre has significant experience of mining in Africa.
2) Dr John D Ward FGGSA; Pr. Sci. Nat; PhD - Senior Consulting Geologist.
Dr John Ward is based in South Africa and is an experienced, field-oriented geologist with a proven ability to work in difficult terrains from desert to equatorial settings in Africa. Together with this experience, a long-acquired knowledge of the post-Gondwana and Karoo geology is used to search for economic alluvial diamond deposits and primary (mostly kimberlite) sources in Africa. Dr John Ward qualifies as a competent person for various commodities including diamonds and gold and is a member of a number of professional societies including a fellow of the Geological Society of South Africa, a life member of the Geological Society of Namibia and a life member of the Southern African Society for Quaternary Research.
