Appointment of SPO intermediary - BRD

ANNOUNCEMENT

Electrica informs its shareholders and investors on the appointment of BRD - Groupe Societe Generale S.A., a credit institution organised and functioning according to Romanian laws, registered with the FSA Register no. PJRO1INCR/400008, holding the FSA Certificate no. 255/ 06 August 2008, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/608/1991, unique registration code 361579, with its registered office located in 1-7 Ion Mihalache Blvd., 1st District, 011171, Bucharest ("Intermediary"), as being the Intermediary with respect to Electrica share capital increase, approved within the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders from 25 April 2019 ("Share Capital Increase").
