Appointment of Special Adviser

Golden Saint Resources Ltd, the West African diamond and gold exploration company, is pleased to announce the immediate appointment of Mr. Gabriel Yap as a Special Adviser to give guidance to the board of Golden Saint ("Board") on matters pertaining to the continued interest in Golden Saint of current shareholders in Asia and advise the Board on potential performance milestones that will help to keep Golden Saint attractive to Asian investors.

Mr Gabriel Yap, CFA, spent the latter part of his career as a senior dealing director with various stockbroking organisations before he retired in 2009 to devote his money and time to philanthropy.

Mr Yap still appears on Bloomberg TV, CNA and Mediacorp Radio to talk about the stock markets, capital markets and industry analysis. He also travels around the world to give investment seminars and conferences. 

Mr Yap was instrumental in advising on the listing of the first Myanmar-play in Singapore as well as several large mainland Chinese companies on the Singapore Stock Exchange. He presently writes for the http://www.einvesthub.com/expert-of-the-month website which is owned by ShareInvestor, one of the largest investment websites in Asia.

Mr Yap runs investment firm GCP Global which invests in global equities, bonds, real estate investment trusts, derivatives, real estate and commodities.

Mr. Yap currently advises the Little Bird, a substantial non-government organisation in China that primarily assists migrant workers and their families.

He presently splits his time between Australia, Europe, Hong Kong and Singapore.
