Appointment of Simon Adamiyatt to the Board of Earthport plc

Earthport plc (AIM: EPO.L) announced on 11 June 2015 the appointment of Simon Adamiyatt as Chief Financial Officer Designate, which was subject to regulatory approval. Earthport is delighted to announce that the Financial Conduct Authority and HMRC has granted approval, and accordingly Simon Adamiyatt is appointed Chief Financial Officer and to the Board of Earthport with immediate effect.

Simon Adamiyatt joined Earthport with over 25 years of experience as an investment banker, responsible for providing strategic advice to US and international financial institutions and governmental enterprises. During his tenure, Simon assisted clients with capital raisings, acquisitions, divestitures, principal investments and restructurings. Simon's investment banking career has encompassed leadership positions including Co-Head of Financial Institutions Group "FIG" M&A at Lehman Brothers, Head of FIG at UBS (Americas) as well as at Bear Stearns. Most recently, he was Head of FIG and a partner at Sagent Advisors. He was appointed to the board of Baydonhill Limited, a subsidiary of Earthport, on 2 November 2015.

There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17, Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of the appointment of Simon Adamiyatt, who is aged 53.
