Appointment of Senior Independent Director

The Company announces that Rob Rowley has been appointed as the Senior Independent Director, in line with the Combined Code on Corporate Governance, with effect from 1 April 2010.

Rob Rowley replaces David Williams, who will, as previously announced, stand down from the Board on 31 March 2010.
