 Appointment of Peter Radcliffe to the Monitise plc Executive Management Team

Monitise plc (LSE: MONI.L), the leading global Mobile Money solutionsprovider, announces the appointment of Peter Radcliffe as Chairman, Emerging Markets.

Peter Radcliffe, currently a Non-Executive Director is transferring off the Board of Monitise plc and will move to his management role with immediate effect. As Chairman, Emerging Markets he will oversee the development of Monitise's operations in the Asia Pacific region, India and Africa. Peter has extensive experience in the region, having served as Asia Pacific Managing Director of First Data, one of the world's largest providers of merchant processing services.
