Appointment of Non-executive Directors

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of components to the door and window industry, announces that further to the announcement on 26 February 2015, Mark Rollins and Kirsten English have joined the Board of Directors of Tyman (the "Board") today, 1 April 2015 and have also joined the Board's Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees.

1 April 2015
