Non-Executive Director Appointments

StratMin Global Resources Plc (AIM: STGR), the graphite production and exploration company with assets in Madagascar, today announces that David Premraj and Marius Pienaar have been appointed as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect. This fulfils the rights under the sale and purchase agreement dated 8 November 2012 to appoint two Graphmada Equity Pte Ltd nominated Directors.

David Ranil Premraj (aged 30) is also the Director of Corporate Development for Beacon Hill Resources Plc and previously worked at Macquarie Group, where he gained analytical and debt funding experience. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne. David also represents the interests of Consolidated Minerals Pte Ltd and Consolidated Resources Pte Ltd.

Marthinus (Marius) Johannes Hendrik Pienaar (45) has over 20 years' experience in all aspects of mineral project development including project origination, exploration and production. A specialist in equipment and processing plant design, Marius has a proven track record of project development internationally. Marius is responsible for overall project management at the Graphmada mine site. Marius was a Director of One Vision until 14 September 2012 and retains a minority shareholding in the company.
