Appointment of Non-Executive Directors

The Board of Snoozebox is pleased to announce the appointments of Stephen East and Hugh Scrimgeour as Non-Executive Directors of the Company. Both join with immediate effect.

Stephen East brings a wealth of expertise having previously served as Finance Director of MEPC plc and Woolworth Group plc. He currently holds non-executive directorships at Marwyn Management Partners plc and CQS Diversified Fund Limited and serves on the board of Genesis Housing Association. He previously held non-executive appointments with Regus Group plc and Star Energy Group plc. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. He will become Chairman of the company's Audit Committee.

Hugh Scrimgeour is currently Senior Independent Director of Tarsus Group PLC, an international exhibition organiser one of whose flagship events is the Dubai Air Show. Hugh is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and brings with him a wealth of international events industry experience, which will be of great relevance to Snoozebox. He has previously been Chief Financial Officer of Princess Cruises and Chairman and Managing Director of Earls Court and Olympia.

In addition to the above, Stephen East is currently a Director of Egerton Rothesay (limited by guarantee) a registered charity, Egerton Rothesay School Limited and a trustee of PACT Holding Limited (limited by guarantee) also a registered charity.

Previous Directorships include MEPC plc from 1996 to 2003, Association of Corporate Treasurers (limited by guarantee) from 1990's to 2007, Star Energy Group plc from 2004 to 2008, Regus Group plc from 2005 to 2008 and Woolworths Group plc from 2005 to 2008.

Hugh Carron Scrimgeour, 60

In addition to the above, Hugh Scrimgeour is currently a Director of Intex Shanghai Ltd, Hong Kong - Shanghai Venue Management (Zhengzhou) Ltd and Twin Hills Co Ltd.

Previous Directorships include various subsidiaries of P&O, including P&O Cruises Ltd and subsidiaries from 1985 to 1989, Princess Cruises Inc and subsidiaries from 1986 to 1989, Earls Court & Olympia Group Ltd and subsidiaries from 1989 to 1999, Expocentric plc and subsidiaries from 2000 to 2002, Beyond Asia Capital Ltd from 2008 to 2009, First on Demand Ltd from 2005 to 2011.

Hugh was also a Director of Beyond Asia Capital (Shanghai) Limited (BACSL) between 2008 and 2009. BACSL was placed into Compulsory Liquidation in June 2012.

Neither Stephen East nor Hugh Scrimgeour hold any shares in Snoozebox Holdings Plc. There is no further information required to be disclosed in respect of the above appointment pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
