Appointment of Director
The Board of Capcon is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Fowler as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Jane is a qualified accountant and has held senior positions at PKF, Littlejohn and Vantis HR Limited. She is also the founder and a director of Aquila Advisory Limited, a boutique forensic accounting firm specialising in forensic accounting and complex fraud investigations.
Ken Dulieu, Chairman of Capcon, commented: "We are delighted to have Jane join us on the Board and we believe her considerable experience in the areas of investigative services, risk management and compliance will be a great asset to the Company."
