Appointment of Non - Executive Director

InternetQ plc (LSE-AIM: INTQ), one of the leading providers of mobile marketing and entertainment solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Bob Beveridge as a Non - Executive Director to the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Robert James Beveridge (aged 56), has over 30 years of experience as a financial and strategic leader of blue chip companies including 12 years with Mars inc. He has been finance director of Cable & Wireless Communications plc, Fast Search & Transfer (which is now a Microsoft subsidiary), and Marlborough Stirling plc, which provided information technology to the financial services industry. Most recently he was finance director and company secretary of McBride plc. He is currently non-executive director and chair of the audit committee at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, a not for profit public corporation. He has a BA Hons. in Economics & Accounting from Newcastle University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Bob Beveridge currently holds, and has held (including all appointments during the five years preceding the date of this announcement), the following directorships and partnerships, other than of the Company:

Mr. Beveridge has no interest in the shares or options of InternetQ.

There are no further disclosures to be made in relation to Mr Beveridge under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
