Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Avon is pleased to announce that Chloe Ponsonby will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 March 2016.

Chloe will chair the Remuneration Committee and will be a member of the Audit and Nominations Committees.

Chloe, 40, is a partner at The Lazarus Partnership, an independent research and advisory firm. Chloe has spent the last ten years advising companies as a corporate broker and now as an independent advisor. Prior to that, she was a fund manager at Jupiter Asset Management.

"We are delighted that Chloe is joining the Avon Rubber Board" said Chairman David Evans. "Her strong City background and experience of working with institutional investors, some of whom are significant Avon shareholders, will support the Board and the Group in executing the growth strategy".
