Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Urban&Civic plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Di-Stefano as Non-Executive Director which will take effect from 1 September 2017. Jon has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee. 

Jon is Chief Executive of Telford Homes Plc. He joined Telford Homes as Financial Director in 2002 and was appointed as Chief Executive in 2011. Prior to this he had one year with Mothercare, following five years with Arthur Andersen.

Other than disclosed below, there is no other information to be disclosed under the requirements of UK Listing Rule 9.6.13.
