Appointment of non-executive Director

21 January 2014: Auhua Clean Energy plc, the environmental technology group (AIM: ACE), is pleased to announce the appointment to its board of Mr Maxwell (Max) Charles Audley as non-executive director. 

Mr Audley, aged 59, brings over 30 years' experience as a corporate lawyer, with a focus on equity capital markets on AIM and the main market of the London Stock Exchange. Previously a member of the London Stock Exchange AIM Advisory Group, he has made numerous conference appearances in China, the UK, the USA, Australia and continental Europe, speaking about London's capital markets. In 1983 he co-founded London law firm Hobson Audley which was acquired in 2003 by US law firm Faegre & Benson LLP, where he served as a partner for five years. Mr Audley joined international law firm Olswang LLP in 2008. He retired in 2011 as a partner but continues to serve in an "of Counsel" role.

Mr Audley replaces Mr Derek Marsh who leaves the Company as of 31 January 2014 to pursue personal interests.
