Appointment of Non-Executive Director

James Latham announces the appointment of Jolyon Barker to the board of directors with immediate effect. Jolyon was previously a Deloitte North and South Europe partner based in London and global lead client service partner for a global telecommunications company and the Deloitte Global Managing Principal of Clients & Industries. He was also a member of the Deloitte Global Executive and responsible for developing and executing client, industry/sector, and insights strategies worldwide.

With over 35 years of consulting experience, Jolyon has worked with FTSE 100 and Global 1000 organisations in the digital media, broadcasting, publishing, communications and technology sectors. Jolyon is a Non-executive Director of Glyndebourne Productions Ltd, is a member of the INSEAD Advisory Board and previously served as a professional adviser to the World Economic Forum.

Jolyon is a Cambridge graduate and holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
