Appointment of Non-Executive Director

red24 plc, the crisis management assistance company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lorraine Adlam as a Non-Executive Director.

Lorraine has over thirty years' experience in the insurance and financial services sector in a variety of roles and was appointed Chairman of Howden Insurance Brokers Ltd in 2011. Other appointments have included Financial Lines Practice Leader for Howden's global operations and Head of UK Financial institutions Division at Aon Insurance brokers UK. Previously, Lorraine was a director of Novae plc and was CEO of its Lloyds Managing Agency.

Lorraine is an expert practitioner in financial and professional lines, with significant experience in strategy, business development and investor relations. Throughout her career she has been involved with companies that have grown quickly and significantly.
