Appointment of Non Executive Director

Corac is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Richard Walter King (55) as a Non Executive Director. Richard spent 35 years with Ernst & Young LLP becoming Managing Partner of UK & Ireland and a member of both the EMEIA Board and Global management group before retiring in January 2011. Richard will take up his position on the Board with immediate effect and will also assume responsibility as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Richard King is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and throughout his career with Ernst and Young LLP has worked extensively with growing businesses. He will bring his considerable financial expertise to the Company. Richard is a Non Executive Director of CSF Group Plc and a Non Executive Director of Allocate Software plc. He is also Chair of Trustees for the Willow Foundation, a charitable organisation for seriously ill children and adults. He has held no other directorships within the last five years.

Richard King has been granted options over 250,000 ordinary shares, which will be exercisable at a price of 15.0p. The options will vest over three years in three equal tranches and will be exercisable between 7 February 2012 and 7 February 2022. Following the transaction, Richard King holds options over 250,000 ordinary shares.

There are no further disclosures required under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
