This announcement is further to our interim results released earlier today, in which the appointment of Steven Esom as a Non Executive Director of the Company was announced.
Steven has held a number of senior positions within the food sector including Executive Director of Food at Marks and Spencer plc following 12 years at Waitrose where the last 5 years were as Managing Director. He is currently an Operating Partner of Langholm Capital and a Non Executive Director of Carphone Warehouse plc and Tyrrells Investments Limited.
We confirm that there are no matters requiring disclosure in relation to paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
