Kesa Electricals appoints a non-executive director
Kesa Electricals plc today announces that it has appointed Michel Leonard as a non-executive director.
After a successful career at Danone, Provost and Bongrain, Michel has spent the last six years at Lactalis, the second largest dairy group in the world operating across 75 countries, as Chairman of the Management Board. He retired from this position at the end of 2009 having doubled the size of the Group under his leadership.
Chairman David Newlands said: "I am delighted that we have attracted someone of Michel's calibre to the Board. He brings with him valuable experience of the French consumer market and an international track record as a very successful manager."
Michel Leonard will join the Board with immediate effect and will sit on the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
