Appointment of Non-Executive Director

DP Poland, the operator of Domino's pizza stores and restaurants across Poland and Croatia, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement on 5 February and following completion of regulatory and due diligence by the Company's Nominated Adviser, David Telford has been appointed to the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Board representative of Domino's Pizza Group plc ("DPG"). David is currently Director of Group Finance at DPG. DPG's nomination right is in accordance with the Subscription Agreement disclosed in the April 2024 Circular.

Nils Gornall, CEO of the Company, commented:

His financial experience and understanding of the Domino's ecosystem will add significant value to the business. David's appointment also maintains our strong relationship with one of our largest shareholders."

In accordance with Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, David Andrew Telford, (aged 40 years), holds / has held the following directorships / partnerships in the last 5 years:

David Telford is a representative of significant shareholder, DPG, who currently hold 11.75% of the issued share capital in the Company.

There are no further disclosures required in accordance with Rule 17 or Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
