Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Brady, the leading supplier of trading and risk management solutions for metals, recycling, energy and soft commodities, announced today that Bob Beveridge, aged 57, will join the Board of Brady plc with effect from 1 August 2013. He will also chair the Audit Committee.
Bob is also a non-executive director of InternetQ plc and Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He is a former Group Finance Director of McBride plc, Marlborough Stirling plc, Fast Search & Transfer ASA and Cable & Wireless Communications plc.
There are no other details to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 or to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
