Appointment of Non-Executive Director

mporium Group Plc, the mobile commerce specialist, is pleased to announce the appointment of Aidan Casey as a non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Aidan has over 20 years' legal experience, acting for a diverse and international range of companies in his time as a self-employed barrister in private practice, a position he's held since 1993. He is currently a member of COMBAR, London Common Law and Commercial Bar Association (LCLCBA). He was elevated to the rank of Queen's Counsel in 2016. A limited number of senior barristers receive this accolade as a mark of outstanding ability.

Commenting on Aidan's appointment, Barry Moat, Chief Executive Officer of mporium, said:
