Appointment of Non-Executive Director

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Bruce Edwards to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2014. Bruce will be a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Bruce was formerly the global Chief Executive Officer for DHL's Supply Chain division. Bruce is also a Non-Executive Director of Ashtead plc and Greif Inc., a NYSE-listed packaging and container manufacturer.

There are no other items which need to be notified pursuant to 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules as regards this appointment.
