NetDimensions updates the market on the appointment of a new Non-Executive Director

NetDimensions (LSE AIM: NETD; OTCQX: NETDY), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr James Brooke as Non-Executive Director ("NED") of the Company effective immediately.

James Dominic Brooke, aged 42, has an excellent financial background having previously worked at a number of high profile companies including Deloitte, 3i plc and Gartmore. James is currently a Fund Manager at Henderson Global Investors, the largest shareholder of the Company holding 23.88% of the issued share capital.

James graduated from Oxford University with a MA (hons) in Mathematics and is also a fully qualified accountant being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Jay Shaw, NetDimensions CEO, commented: "The appointment of James Brooke to the Board represents a strong addition to an already experienced and capable team. James will bring additional financial and corporate experience to the Board which will be invaluable during this transitional phase in the Company's development as the Company embarks on its 3 year business plan to substantially grow sales revenues."
