Peter qualified as a barrister in 1983and is currently practising with St. Johns Buildings Chambers. Peter John Harrison, aged 53, has a beneficial interest in 6,657,500 shares inthe Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 22.3% of the Company's issuedshare capital. Mr Harrison directly holds 4,157,500 Ordinary Shares and is thejoint beneficiary of a further 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares which are held intrust.
