French Connection Announce Board Change

The Board of French Connection Group PLC ("French Connection" or "the Group") is pleased to announce the following appointment.

Independent Non-Executive Director

Neil Page has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group with immediate effect.

Neil brings an extensive track record in the retail industry. He most recently spent over 10 years as CFO at Carpetright PLC after a number of years as Finance and IT Director of the UK AS Watson Health and Beauty Business including Superdrug.

He will take up the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee and will be a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Stephen Marks, Chairman and CEO of French Connection commented, "I am delighted that Neil is joining the Board. He has extensive and relevant experience that will be very useful to us in the future as the Group recovers following the pandemic".

For the purpose of Listing Rule 9.6.13 Neil Page was a Director of Carpetright PLC from July 2008 to February 2019, which went into a Company Voluntary Arrangement in April 2018.
