Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Management Resource Solutions plc (AIM: MRS), a leading Maintenance, Fabrication, Civil and Earthworks company is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Robert Hackett as Non-Executive Director.

Robert has extensive experience across a variety of sectors, particularly in the mining and energy industries, where he has held various senior executive positions. Whilst CEO of MB Petroleum Services, Robert helped to drive an increase in the company's profit margin from 4% to 19% through a cost reduction programme, amongst other measures. Whilst CEO of Century Drilling he was in charge of turning the business' operational, cash flow and strategic underperformance around. From 2011 to 2014 Robert took up the role of Non-Executive Chairman for Hughes Drilling Ltd, during which time he played an integral part in the business' transformation, laying the groundwork for its subsequent merger with a private business.
