Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Environmental Recycling Technologies plc (AIM: ENRT), the patent rights holder to the Powder Impression Moulding ("PIM") process which is capable of converting mixed waste plastics into commercially viable products, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Matt Cooper as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Matthew Cooper, aged 48, is an Associate at Arup Group Limited (Arup) and has been instrumental in the collaborative relationship between ERT and Arup, where he focuses on business strategy, new venture development and operational performance improvement.

He has no other Directorships.

There is no other information required to be given in accordance with the requirements of paragraph (g) of Schedule Two AiM Rules for Companies.

Commenting on the announcements, Lee Clayton, Managing Director of ERT, said: "I am delighted with the appointment of Matt Cooper, which further strengthens our management team.
