Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Clarkson PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Laurence Hollingworth as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Laurence will join the Board as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Audit and Risk Committee.

Laurence brings extensive experience in the capital markets and a strong understanding of the broking environment following a 37-year career in stockbroking with Cazenove and latterly JP Morgan. He has held several senior leadership roles including Head of UK Investment Banking, Head of EMEA Industry Coverage and finally as Vice Chairman for Equity Capital Markets EMEA. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman at ABM Communications Limited and a Non-Executive Director at Recycling Technologies Ltd.
