Non-Executive Director Appointment

("ILX" or the "Group")

ILX Group plc (AIM: ILX), the AIM quoted provider of e-learning software and business training, is pleased to announce the appointment of Donald John Stewart, aged 49, as a non-executive director of the Company.

With almost 25 years practising commercial law as a qualified solicitor in England, Wales, and Scotland, Donald is currently a corporate partner at international law firm Faegre Baker Daniels LLP. His expertise is focused on corporate finance, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, and UK publicly listed companies. He has extensive experience working with companies in the technology and communications sectors.

Donald is a director (and past Chairman) of the Quoted Companies Alliance and is also the UK's representative on the Policy Committee of European Issuers based in Brussels. He sits on the Council of the City of London's International Regulatory Strategy Group, advising the City and UK Government on financial services regulatory policy. Donald publishes regularly on matters affecting SME financing and regulatory developments in publications as diverse as the FT, Bloomberg Law Reports, Management Today and the International Financial Law Review.

Faegre Baker Daniels LLP has advised ILX on miscellaneous matters since February 2012 and was appointed as the Company's principal corporate lawyers in October 2012.
